Today I attended the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Launch at the Hyatt Regency in Huntington Beach, California.

The Hyatt is located on Pacific Coast Hwy 1. The hotel is on one side of the road and the ocean is on the other. The setting had me thinking of other ways I might invest my time as today was a sunny day, the air was crisp and clear and I was enjoying being back in HB (I went to high school in Orange Country).

All that aside, the event was a real eye opener about the power of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with Dynamics. I want it! I got to have it! That pretty much sums up my feelings for the day.

With a prior background in Real Estate Finance in California, I am no stranger to heavy CRM use, running your entire day around leads, clients, and closing. I can say unequivicably that Dynamics CRM will do this job and more. It is a beautifully conceived product. Not only will I bring it to market for my clients, I assure you, we will use it as well here at WIGITAL.
